Each product is carefully inspected and manufactured according to international quality standards.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully—especially size, color, and style—before placing an order.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
- The item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
- For damaged or defective items, include a detailed description and clear photos of the issue.

- Underwear (panties) or custom/personalized items
- Clearance items or items purchased with gift cards or store credit
- Products that show visible signs of use, stains, odors (e.g., perfume), deformation, or damaged packaging
2. Refunds
You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order under the following circumstances:
✅ Eligible refund conditions:
If the product has clear quality issues, such as:
- Open or poorly finished stitching
- Broken or loose elastic bands
- Damaged hooks or closures
In such cases, you do not need to return the product, and a full refund will be issued.
🤝 Refunds for personal reasons:
If there are no quality issues and you wish to return an item for personal reasons (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), we offer two options:
- Full refund, if you cover the return shipping cost.
- Partial refund (20–50%), if you prefer to keep the item.
Note: Discounted or clearance items that have quality defects are eligible for a full refund.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
If your payment method has changed, please notify us in advance.
3. Exchange Policy
We only offer free replacements for defective or damaged items.

4. Return Shipping

- We will provide the nearest return address and further instructions.
🚚 Shipping Costs:
- All shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- For items valued over $10, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
5. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:
- Contact us with your tracking number, proof of non-delivery, and any additional documents (e.g., postal office stamp).
We will investigate the case and help locate or compensate for the item.
