Order Processing

We process all orders within 1–2 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (tracking may not be available for some free-shipping orders).

  • Central & South America: 15–25 business days
  • Africa: 15–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or seasonal delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Some orders may qualify for free shipping depending on promotions or order amount.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, please contact us with your tracking number.
We will help you investigate with the carrier.

We are not responsible for lost packages caused by an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Split Shipments

Items in the same order may be shipped separately depending on inventory and warehouse availability.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Insured Shipping

If you select Priority + Insured Shipping, your order is protected in case of loss or damage, and we can resend or refund it.
